Shipping

The Corsairs Trading Co. (CorsairsTrading.com) accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our location in Tampa, Florida, USA via USPS. The Corsairs Trading Co. ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2~4 business days from the time the order is placed.  The day an order ships does not count as a day in transit. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 2~4 days. USPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends.

**Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season you may experience extended processing time up to 7 business days.**

We currently do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping time. The Corsairs Trading Co. cannot guarantee same day expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review. Tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.

In order to provide our customers with accurate and fair rates our shipping calculator takes into consideration the weight of the purchase, shipping destination and desired method.

International Shipping

To receive a shipping quote please email orders@corsairstrading.com with the items and quantities you'd like to purchase as well as your full shipping address.

The Corsairs Trading Co. ships internationally to Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand (with some exceptions).

All international orders are shipped USPS International Priority Mail and can take 6-12 business days. All international sales are final. Returns will not be accepted on internationally shipped goods.  Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can vary widely, depending on the product and the country in which it was manufactured. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

USPS’S local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.  If a package is processed by customs there will be a delay in delivery. If packages are refused due to unexpected customs charges the customer will be charged for outgoing and incoming shipping charges as well as the refusal charges.

Order Status

The Corsairs Trading Co. processes your online order within 2~4 days given all items are in stock. We do our best to keep the website’s inventory up-to-date at all times, but occasionally items do sell out. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email or phone. Orders with sold out items will either be voided and the purchase refunded, or the amount of that item will be credited back to the original card, and the order will be sent partially fulfilled, per the customer’s wishes.  we are not able to guarantee inventory if you leave the site without purchasing your selection.

Return Policy

We hope you are very happy with all of your purchases from The Corsairs Trading Co. If an item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@corsairstrading.com to work out a replacement or exchange. Returns for other reasons will be handled on a case-by-case basis for store credit. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged. The Corsairs Trading Co. is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item(s) is damaged in the mail.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold The Corsairs Trading Co. (RIVERBEND LLC) harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the site.

Collected content such as comments, feedback, or suggestions provided to The Corsairs Trading Co. by its users will be deemed as The Corsairs Trading Co. property. The Corsairs Trading Co. is under no obligation to keep public content in confidence or to respond to such feedback accordingly. Users will not be compensated for any piece of content, feature or function that they felt was their own original idea or suggestion.

The user agrees that any comments submitted to The Corsairs Trading Co. are not intended for commercial use and are for personal use only.
